Are the flags single-sided?

• Yes. Every Rally South flag features a vibrant, high-quality print on the front with a blank white reverse side.
• This allows for the best print quality and color accuracy.

Do you offer double-sided flags?

• Not at this time.
• Our current collection is printed on one side only.
• We're always exploring new products and may offer double-sided options in the future.

What are the flags made from?

• 100% lightweight polyester.
• Durable knitted fabric construction.
• Reinforced double-fold hems.
• Two sturdy metal grommets for easy hanging.
• Designed to be lightweight, durable, and built to last.

How do I hang my flag?

• Every flag includes two metal grommets for easy hanging.
• Most customers use thumbtacks, push pins, nails, hooks, or removable adhesive hanging strips depending on their space.

How long does shipping take?

• Most orders arrive within 9–11 business days after your order is placed.
• Every Rally South flag is made to order before it ships, so production begins shortly after checkout.

Can I expedite my order?

• Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not currently available.
• Because each flag is printed specifically for your order, production time is required before shipping.

When will my order begin processing?

• Production typically begins shortly after your order is placed.
• You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
• Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

• Because every Rally South product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect product selections.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

• Rally South creates original artwork inspired by college towns, local traditions, and regional culture.
• Our products are independently designed and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any university unless explicitly stated.
